Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the day of service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the day of service will not be refunded and will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Bookings made within 24 hours prior to the day of service will not be refunded if canceled and will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Any No Shows will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Emergency cancellations due to mitigating circumstances made less than 24 hours prior to the day of service will be considered on a case by case basis. All approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation.
Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice may be completed online through the booking system. Click on the booking cancelation link provided on your booking confirmation email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may be completed by phone by dialing +1 (866) 245-2662 (Toll Free) during normal business hours. You must speak with a live representative for a cancellation to be accepted. If there is no answer please try your call again until you speak with a live representative. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice by voicemail, email or SMS will not be accepted.
