What to bring

Pearl Harbor has a no bag policy. Please pack only the things you can carry or feel free to rent out a locker for $7.

Strollers are allowed at Pearl Harbor but will have to be parked outside each vessel (Arizona Memorial & Battleship Missouri), and then be used again once off the vessel.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to the need to cancel or reschedule your vacation plans. To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our clients and to manage our scheduling effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Full Refund (100%) - If you cancel your booking 25 hours or more before the scheduled session, you will be eligible for a full refund. Your payment will be refunded in its entirety, no questions asked. No Refund (0%) - If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less before the scheduled excursion you will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is in place to compensate our guides for their time and commitment to your excursion.
