TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

SHARED CHARTERS (1-5 PASSENGERS): Customers on our shared charters (Waikiki turtle snorkle, Sunset Cruise, Whale Watch) with 5 or less passengers on a single reservation, will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before scheduled tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in the case of an operator cancellation due to weather or other operator related circumstances. Please contact us directly by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before scheduled tour time are non refundable. Email, text message, and voicemail cancellations are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be refunded. Please contact us directly for any cancellations regardless of where you purchased your tickets because we cannot guarantee a third party will cancel your reservation correctly and on time. If a third party booking agency fails to cancel your reservation before the 24-hour cancellation deadline and you did not contact us directly, they will be solely responsible for any refund. We will no longer be able to issue one directly for contractual reasons. All passengers are responsible to be on time. On time is considered 20 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. This is to account for traffic, parking, the check-in and waiver verification process, etc. Our boat leaves promptly at the scheduled departure time to insure that our guests receive the full tour that they were promised. It is unfair to cut into our other passengers tour time to wait for guests who failed to make the proper arrangements. Guests who miss the boat because they are late for ANY reason will not be refunded so please make sure to make the proper arrangements to arrive 20 minutes before scheduled departure time to avoid missing the boat.

PRIVATE CHARTERS AND EVENTS: Private charters must be cancelled at least seven (7) Days Prior to Charter start time to receive a full refund. Charters canceled less than 7 days of charter start time will receive 50% refund as long as Charter is cancelled more then 72 hours in advance. Charters canceled less than 72 hours of charter start time will not receive a refund. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen operator circumstances. Guests must cancel directly with us regardless of where they purchased their ticket from as we are not responsible for any third parties failure to cancel your reservation correctly. If you fail to contact us directly and cancel through a third party vendor and they failed to cancel your reservation properly, they will be solely responsible for any refund, as we will no longer be able to refund you directly for contractual reasons. Email and voicemail cancellations are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged the full price.
