Cancellation Periods: 48 Hours or More: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. 24 to 48 Hours: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will be eligible for a 50% refund. Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable. Reservation Changes: Changes to the reservation date or time can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If the renter fails to show up at the designated rental time without prior notice, the entire rental fee will be forfeited. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unsafe surfing conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the rental. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. In case of a genuine emergency, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund. Communication: All cancellations or reservation changes must be communicated via phone or email. Voicemail and email timestamps will be used to determine the cancellation time. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
