Nestled in the lush foothills of the legendary Ko‘olau Mountains, our one-of-a-kind Hawai‘i distillery invites you to discover the story and craftsmanship behind our award-winning Old Pali Road Whiskey and other small-batch spirits.
Join one of our professional distillers for an immersive, narrated experience that takes you step-by-step through every stage of our process — from mashing, fermenting, and distilling to aging and bottling. You’ll even have the opportunity to bottle one of our whiskeys yourself, creating a truly hands-on, authentic connection to the spirit of Ko‘olau.
We’ll conclude with a distiller-led tasting of our handcrafted spirits, where you’ll savor the flavors that make Ko‘olau Distillery so unique. After your tour, relax in our tasting room and bar, where you can continue enjoying our spirits, live music, and fantastic local food truck offerings.
This private tour accommodates up to 20 guests and offers a uniquely personal experience with our team of distillers and owners.

Narrated Tour & Guided Tasting: Approximately 1 hour
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and show ID. Tours begin promptly.
If you’d like to enjoy a cocktail in our bar before the tour, plan to arrive 20 minutes early.

Monday–Wednesday: 12–7 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 12–9 PM
Sunday: 12–7 PM
Stop by anytime for a tasting or cocktail — our distillers are happy to hand-sign bottles, perfect for gifts or keepsakes.
Attire
Ko‘olau Distillery is an active production facility. For safety reasons, swimsuits are not permitted, and guests must be fully dressed with appropriate footwear.
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to offer refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the event. If you need to cancel, please contact us within this timeframe to receive a full refund.
