Pickups generally begin up to 20 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
Your exact pickup time may be adjusted based on your location on the hotel pickup list, and any updates will be reflected in your confirmation email.
Please note: The driver has a 10–15 minute grace period for traffic or other unavoidable circumstances. This grace period is for the driver ONLY.
Guests must be ready at their scheduled pickup time, as the driver cannot wait due to multiple stops and the tour’s designated start time at the crater.

The Manoa Falls hike is moderate, covering approximately 1.6 miles round-trip with uneven and sometimes muddy terrain. It may be challenging for those with limited mobility.
Children should be supervised at all times. Pregnant participants should consult their doctor and follow their own comfort and safety recommendations.
