Departing from He'eia Kea Harbor in Kaneohe Bay, our afternoon departure of the standard Kaneohe sandbar adventure tour is ideal for those looking to experience some fun ocean sports on Oahu.
Hop aboard our 70-foot catamaran and head to the Kaneohe sandbar, one of the best things to do in Honolulu when you're visiting our island. Considered to be the world's largest sandbar, this is Oahu's true hidden gem. Let the sounds of live music performed by our talented group of local Hawaiian musicians, soothe you as we set sail. Our destination? The Kaneohe sandbar in the middle of Kaneohe Bay.
A snorkeler's dream at high tide, the Kaneohe Bay sandbar lies smack dab in the middle of the scenic bay, offering an idyllic, one-of-a-kind setting to visitors looking to experience the wonders of Oahu's warm Pacific Ocean waters. When the tides turn, the Kaneohe sandbar turns into a milelong fine white sand beach, ideal for soaking up some much-needed vitamin D or playing an invigorating game of water volleyball.
After an hour or two of maritime adventures, head back to the catamaran for our all-inclusive lunch—each afternoon program includes a hearty lunch comprised of croissant sandwiches, freshly cut pineapple, cookie, and chips.

Please come to the very end of the pier.
Our check-in will be by the Red Umbrella next the deli store.

Special requirements
- This tour is perfect for all ages. But if any guests have any preexisting health issues or taking any medications, you may not be able to participate in some activities. Please inform the KBOS office for more information.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult in order to book our basic Kaneohe sandbar catamaran tour.
- Infant to 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES during the Kaneohe Bay sandbar tour.
- All customers are required to wear life vests while participating in water activities.
