In the event of a flight delay, we will try our best to accommodate your booking by moving you to the next available shuttle. Island Express Shuttle is not responsible for arrival or departure delays caused by your flight carrier.

Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To maintain the route schedule, pickups will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of availability. Pickup order will be based on hotel location.

Are you traveling with young travelers? Island Express Shuttle Hawai'i also provides safety seats and boosters at an additional cost. Please make sure to add them at checkout should you need them.

Traveling by itself is pretty stressful and we strive to help each of our customers at every step. Island Express Shuttle has a very fair cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations canceled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. If a reservation is canceled under (24) hours of notice or if a no-show, a refund will not be honored.
