Shuttles operate with a GPS-monitored fleet and offer in-vehicle WiFi when available. Bookings require selecting a pickup time at least two hours before domestic departures (2.5 hours for international flights) to allow for check-in and travel time. The service accommodates standard luggage and will attempt to rebook passengers onto the next available shuttle in the event of flight delays.

Traveling by itself is pretty stressful and we strive to help each of our customers at every step. Island Express Shuttle has a very fair cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations canceled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. If a reservation is canceled under (24) hours of notice or if a no-show, a refund will not be honored.
