📍Arrival & Check-In

Upon arrival, please check in at the Nā Lei Aloha entrance. You may present your name, booking confirmation, or ticket QR code.

Our hostess team will greet you with a traditional lei, escort your party to your table, and guide you through the start of your evening.

🪪 Identification Requirements

To support a secure and accurate check-in process:

All reservations require a valid photo ID at check-in
The name on the ID must match the primary contact name on the reservation

For reservations made within 48 hours of the show, we may also request:

The credit card used for purchase, matching the ID presented

These measures are in place to support reservation accuracy and fraud prevention.

Arrival Timing

Please plan to arrive at your scheduled seating time. Timely arrival ensures you can fully enjoy your dining experience prior to the performance.

Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of the host team.

Cancellations

Direct Bookings

Reservations may be cancelled online, by phone, or by emailing [email protected] • Free cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours prior to your reservation time (HST). • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days. • Cancellations received within 4 hours of the reservation time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full ticket price.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a third-party platform (such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Veltra, Expedia, concierge services, or other travel partners),that company’s cancellation and refund policies apply where they differ from ours. Refunds and receipts are processed by the company you booked and paid through.

Weather & Performance Location Modifications

Nā Lei Aloha are an outdoor lūʻau experience and performances proceed in light rain or passing showers. In cases of inclement weather, we may relocate the event to our indoor venue. If we move indoors, certain elements may be adjusted for safety (i.e.: buffet location may change; no fire/torch effects). A relocation indoors does not constitute a cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify, relocate, or cancel a performance due to weather, safety considerations, or other operational needs. If the event is cancelled entirely by the Show Operator, guests will receive a full refund and/or credit toward a future date (based on booking source and payment method).
