  • Cash or Credit Card for gratuity – Gratuity is not included. It is customary in the USA to tip tour guides if you enjoy their service. - Typically, gratuities are approximately 10%. For tours with multiple guides, gratuities are shared between guides.

Restrictions

  • Minimum weight: 60 lbs
  • Maximum weight: 275 lbs NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Minimum age: 6 years old
  • Must be 18 with Driver's License to drive ATV (under 18 may ride as passenger). Must provide driver's license upon check-in.
Cancellations
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
  • No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
  • Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
  • Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.
  • We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
  • Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
