We advise parents/guardians to reconsider when bringing young children on board as these sails can present a party environment and bar atmosphere.We are not responsible for the actions or expressions of fellow guests on board.
High Surf conditions in Waikiki may cause Departure/Return relocation to Kewalo Harbor.
Guests who are looking to cancel and refund, or rebook must give at least 24 hours’ notice. Guests will not be permitted to cancel or make changes to bookings within 24 hours of the departure time, regardless of the weather forecast. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook in the case of operator cancellation.
GROUPS OF 20 OR LARGER REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE TO MODIFY, CANCEL or REFUND BOOKINGS. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE WITH NO REBOOKING OR REFUND OPTIONS
Please note:
- RAIN OR SHINE, our tours will operate. If conditions are deemed dangerous by our captain and team, will cancel the tour ahead of time.
- We will only operate during safe conditions and we consider the rain absolutely safe. Please keep this in mind when making bookings during Hawaii’s rainy season.
Guests must contact us by phone (808-386-7422) or email [email protected] to rebook, cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows, guests who miss the boat, and those canceling within 24 hours of departure will not receive any refunds or rebooking options.
