Step aboard our Historic Train Ride and experience the charm of Hawaii's only operating historic railway. This 2-hour round-trip train ride takes you through Oahu’s view Leeward side at a leisurely 15 miles per hour, offering views of the Waianae Mountain range and the sparkling ocean at Kahe Point. Along the way, our fully narrated tour will share fascinating stories of the significance of the Oahu Railway & Land Company (OR&L), Whistle stop landmark area of where the "ghost town" of Gilbert was and a former sisal plantation and many more.

• 2-Hour Round-Trip Journey: Travel along Oahu’s Leeward side at a leisurely pace of 15 miles per hour. ​
• Scenic View: Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Waianae Mountain range and the Pacific Ocean, particularly at Kahe Point. ​

• Ice Cream Stop: On all rides except Sunday’s 1 PM departure, there's a stop in Ko Olina for ice cream (please note that the cost of ice cream is not included in the fare). ​
• Toy Train Museum Hours: Wed. 12-1pm, Sat. 11-3 (close for lunch 12-1), Sun. 12 - 3 (close for lunch 1-2)
• Post-Ride Activities: After the journey, guests are welcome to explore the picnic area, view vintage locomotives, and browse the gift shop.

If you need to park and ride the train you will need to come to Main station in Ewa at 91-1001 Renton Road, Ewa, HI 96706.

Train will be parked by the restaurant Monkey Pod. Check in with a crew member by 1:20 pm. Boarding time is at 1:25pm)

You will receive your train tickets when you board the train.

• The 12pm train riders will board first, and Ko Olina pick up will board right after.

• Train will leave at 1:30 pm and head back to the yard in Ewa. You will reach the yard in Ewa little after 2pm you will deboard. You can check out the static displays in the yard, gift shop or need to use the restroom.

• Ko Olina pick will preboard at 2:45pm before the 2nd ride. Please go to the double gate by loading area(stay on the left side where the sign says line starts here.) Train will leave at 3pm to finish the other half of the train ride
• Train will arrive little after 4pm at the same destination (where you've got picked up) you will deboard and that would complete your ride and your back in Ko Olina.
• Before leaving the train can you please let the narrator/crew member know which car you were sitting in so we don't go looking for you as a missing rider.

Boarding will be 1:45/1:50 pm at the re train ride will end at 4pm. (If you see the train pass don't worry, train will pick you up on the way back from Kahe Pt.)

• You will get picked up at the 1:45/1:50 pm by the restaurant Monkey Pod (This train ride will not stop for a break so please be at the designated area they will not wait for you) you will head back to the yard in Ewa little after 2:30 pm.
• You will deboard, you can use the restroom, check out the static displays, gift shop if you would like.
• Ko Olina pick will preboard at 2:45pm before the 2nd ride. Please go to the double gate by loading area (stay on the left side where the sign says line starts here.) Train will leave at 3pm to finish the other half of the train ride.

  Physical Tickets will be provided to you when you check in or boarding depending on what day you are riding the train. So please do not drive to Ewa station to pick up tickets. Tickets will be waiting for you at the train in Ko Olina before you board. To make the process goes smoothly and quickly please have your I.D ready for proof for the discount.

• Please read your confirmation email for more detailed instruction on where to go to board the train for Ko Olina pick up.

• No restroom on train, Please use restroom before boarding. Restroom located in the gift shop.

• Important message for Ko Olina Pick Standard ride who is driving and parking in Ko Olina.
  Ko Olina pick up was added for riders who wanted to ride the train. Who are staying in Ko Olina with no vehicle to get to the main station in Ewa.
  If you purchase tickets online to get picked up in ko Olina and your driving there is NO available parking.
