Island Express Shuttle provides shared-ride transfers between the airport and Waikiki hotels and resorts. Shuttle runs accommodate 1–10 passengers and allow up to two standard-sized pieces of luggage per passenger, with additional fees for excessive baggage. Vehicles feature complimentary WiFi when available and a GPS-monitored fleet for safety. Book a time slot 40 minutes after your scheduled arrival and follow post-arrival pickup instructions sent after booking.

Traveling by itself is pretty stressful and we strive to help each of our customers at every step. Island Express Shuttle has a very fair cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations canceled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. If a reservation is canceled under (24) hours of notice or if a no-show, a refund will not be honored.
